Exterior Conditions
Accessible roofline, foundation, doors, windows, soffits, fascia, obvious storm damage and wildlife entry concerns.
PROPERTY SERVICES
Scheduled visual checks and photo documentation for seasonal, vacant and frequently unoccupied Maine homes. We check accessible conditions, document what we observe, and notify you when something appears to need attention.

WHAT WE CHECK
The exact checklist is defined by your service plan and property access.
Accessible roofline, foundation, doors, windows, soffits, fascia, obvious storm damage and wildlife entry concerns.
Thermostat/heat indicators, accessible fuel gauges, basement or crawlspace moisture signs and other agreed visual checks.
A visual record of the visit with photos and straightforward notes about conditions that appear to need attention.
If something appears urgent or outside the agreed service scope, we notify you so the appropriate next step can be arranged.
IMPORTANT SCOPE
Property Oversight is a scheduled visual observation service. It is not continuous monitoring, a security service, law enforcement, fire/medical response, property management, a home inspection, or a guarantee that hidden damage or a problem will be discovered between visits.
COMMON QUESTIONS
