The written guarantee explains exactly what is covered, for how long, and what conditions can affect eligibility. The accepted project documents—not a website summary—control the coverage.
Eligibility
Available for qualifying full-structure exclusion projects and associated repairs included in the written scope. The structure must be in suitable condition and the areas included in the project must be reasonably accessible.
Initial Coverage
Qualifying projects may include an initial two-year coverage period under the written guarantee. If a covered breach occurs during the active term, the affected area is evaluated and eligible corrective exclusion work is handled according to those terms.
What’s Covered
Coverage applies to qualifying Turcotte-installed exclusion work specifically identified in the accepted scope. It does not automatically cover unrelated openings, later damage, deterioration, alterations by others, excluded areas or new wildlife-created conditions.
Renewal & Transfer
Eligible guarantees may be renewable annually and may be transferable to a new owner while active, subject to current inspection, renewal, transfer and written eligibility terms.
